We are looking for a full-time Visual Designer (photography and graphic design, on-site)
to manage all marketing and online visual aspects of the store. The role involves mainly marketing and Ecom tasks, and you’ll work together within a small team with each having their own responsibilities.
This is a great opportunity for a structured, yet creative designer who likes combining photography with other disciplines to expand their experience in a fast-paced and evolving sneaker business.

Main responsibilities
-Managing the daily social posting schedule.
-Taking care of every aspect of product photography and delivering and uploading in the required format.
-Putting together weekly newsletters.
-Daily photography tasks relating to sneaker drops, as well as our inline clothing and other available brands.
-Develop projects from concept to delivery to ensure products are promoted in a well-put-together manner.
-Manage design concepts for web, email, social media, and digital advertising.
-Provide assistance with artwork-related tasks, such as resizing and screen adaptations when required.
-Back-office maintenance.
-Setting up blog posts with a combination of images and text.

Candidate Profile
Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Basic knowledge of photo editing.
- Experience with content planning.
- Conceptual and creative thinking.
- Planning capabilities.
Familiarity with email marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dutch is highly preferred.
- Affinity with the sneaker business is highly preferred.
- Interested in social media and content creation.
Experience
2–3 years of professional experience with photography or graphic design is a must.
A minimum of MBO 4 education is preferred, but not a prerequisite. We want someone who can let their skills talk for themselves, not a diploma.
Understanding of best practices for 2D image editing, retouching, and camera lighting.
