Regarding the Nike AM1 ‘King’s Day’ release:
To explain the situation once more: Due to technical issues we have received way, way more orders than we had in stock, and are having to cancel a lot of orders.
It’s possible that you’ve already received a refund, but no cancellation mail. Due to time constraints there was no time to cancel orders and send cancellation mails at the same time, if you’ve received a refund please now consider your order cancelled.

For pick-up orders: we ask you to only come to pickup your pair if you’ve received a pick-up confirmation mail; this is a second mail different from the order confirmation you received directly after ordering.
