Verzending.
De verzending wordt verricht door POSTNL waarbij de verzendkosten €7,- bedragen per bestelling binnen Nederland.
Gratis verzending bij bestellingen vanaf €200,-
Levertijd.
Bestellingen zullen binnen 1-3 werkdagen moeten arriveren nadat de betaling is ontvangen van de kopende partij, Woei is echter niet aansprakelijk voor enige uitloop van de leveringstijd. De leveringstijd kan eventueel afwijken. Dit is afhankelijk van de bestemming en/of tijdstip van betaling. Woei is niet aansprakelijk voor vertraging van een bestelling, op het moment dat Woei de bestelling overdraagt aan het postorderbedrijf zijn zij verantwoordelijk voor verdere afhandeling van de bestelling. Na dit moment heeft Woei geen controle meer over de bestelling. De kopende partij accepteert het risico dat hieraan verbonden is m.b.t. eventuele vertragingen.

Refunds
Online purchases
We have a 14-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your order. If you can't send back the item(s) within 14 days, please reach out to us via e-mail before the 14 days return period is over.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. External costs may be made by customs. These costs may vary depending on the country of delivery. Woei is not responsible for any of these extra costs. All these costs are for the purchasing party.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sorry No Refunds. Store Credit only. Items returned within 7 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for store credit. Sale items are final.
